Darker Side is so frustrating!

I can relate to this on so many levels. The amount of times I restarted was crazy

I passed it using Assist Mode. I feel like I cheated but I wanted to completely clear the game...

Same, I gave up when I was nearing triple digits in my attempts to beat it.

I beat it first using Assist Mode, then the next day I beat it on Regular Mode using some skips. I just wanted to get the damn Multi Moon at first, but afterwarfs I gelt like I didn't truly beat the course, y'know?

It took me at least a few tens of hours to beat darker side, it's super frustrating but it feels so good to eventually beat it

Ugh. Darker Side is super hard! Have you tried learning Glydon Skip?

Darker Side took a LOT of effort to beat, but I feel like a lot of the hatless moons in Dark Side are worse

Breakdown Road: Final Challenge and both Vanishing Road moons especially deserve a place in hell

Seems like an unpopular opinion, but as much as I like Odyssey it was overall too easy, especially Darker Side. Took me about 2-3 tries compared to the actual dozens or even hundreds it took me to beat Grandmaster Galaxy and Champions Road.

Yeah, me too. The day I beat champions road I spent around 4 hours just playing that one level. Before that i had spent about a week playing it. But for darker side it only took me like 6 or 7 attempts and that's without the glydon skip. I think the main reason for this is that I challenged myself to beat champions road with no power ups and with mario and grandmaster galaxy gives you no health.

I'd love to see all the people saying Darker Side is too hard try and complete one of those.

The fact that you get 2 life up hearts already makes Long Journey's End a hundred times easier

Once you beat it it will be worth it

Use the tricks to shortcut some of the sections. The one where you directly go up the elevator platform to skip the metallic bricks shifting and the one where you use the dinosaur glider to glide all the way to the end, skipping bowser section altogether.

You can YouTube it. You will need to shake your controllers to glide high.

Lol I haven't beat dark side I remember grinding all night one night and still not beating it and this was in January of 2019 since I've just gotten on and collected moons

Here are some tips to try help u 1: right before the part where you throw cappy on the scarecrow and have to do the wall parkour, if u stand on top of the platform that the scarecrows on and throw cappy down and shake the controller (may need to do this on the floor just before it) you can ride the platform up, skipping that part. 2: If you shake the controller at the right time in the glydon part at the tornado you can get a big boost up on the air, and if u keep shaking u wouldn't lose any height letting u skip the pipe and if u keep going and go around the bowser paining the very end. Hope this helped

You can skip the Bowser section with glydon. Look up darker side skip and you should find something

That's fucking horrible. There's literally nothing difficult after the Bowser section oof

when you feel like restarting, when you get to the Glydon section take the first wind tower, shake like an absolute madman and you'll skip the part with the forks and the Pokios and all of that. if you shake hard enough you may be able to skip the Bowser section too but I've never been able to do that myself
